The Terms & Conditions of Nunu Bali, officially known as PT. Ethical Retreat Bali, apply to any person or guest who has commercial relations with Nunu Bali. Person or guest refers to any person such as yourself, entering the premises or utilizing the accommodation or services of Nunu Bali Eco Retreat.

All Rates are quoted in IDR and include 10% Tax. Prices exclude standard 11% Service charge. Rates are subject to change without prior notice

By reserving, staying and/or utilizing Nunu Bali Eco Retreat or services, you agree to the terms & conditions as laid out below:

A – Terms & Conditions for Accommodation

The Terms & Conditions of Nunu Bali, officially known as PT. Ethical Retreat Bali, apply to any person or guest who has commercial relations with Nunu Bali. Person or guest refers to any person such as yourself, entering the premises or utilizing the accommodation or services of Nunu Bali Eco Retreat.

By reserving, staying and/or utilizing Nunu Bali Eco Retreat or services, you agree to the terms & conditions as laid out below:

Check-in/out

Check In time is 3pm and Check out time is before 12pm. Late check-out is possible at 100,000rp, alternatively you can store your luggage in our luggage room and use our public facilities for the rest of the day. Nunu Bali has the right to charge a late check-out fee for overstaying past the check-out time. (100,000rp). Late check in after 9pm is chargeable at 100,000rp. The guest must inform the reception team ahead of their visit.
Reception is open daily from 7am to 9pm. If you are checking-in outside of reception hours, our team must be informed in advance Your passport and payment must be taken when the reception is open to complete your registration process at Nunu.

Single/Double Rooms
Single dorm beds are only for one person only. Guests staying in the single room cannot bring friends to stay the night. Double rooms can accommodate two persons. This person must be on the reservation booking with their passport scanned or they will be asked to leave the premises.

Reservation and Confirmed Reservations

All rooms provided by Nunu Bali are according to availability. Minimum 1 night non-refundable is necessary and the balance of payment will be settled upon arrival before checking-in.
Room inquiries and reservations can be done via email Admin@nunubali.com or by telephone/wa +62 851 860 11112 or with our reception team.
 Non-confirmed or unanswered room inquiries are not guaranteed reservations and subject to availability.

Guaranteed reservations require an email confirmation with confirmed reservation details received from online booking services or by Admin@Nunubali.com. In the case of deposit, please keep the transaction receipt as proof of deposit upon check-in.

Room Rate and Payment

The latest room rates and availability are available to be checked here or at the reception. Room rates can be changed without prior notice.

Room Payment

All prices quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
All credit card payments will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
All settlements of room payments are due upon arrival before checking-in. Nunu Bali has the right to refuse accommodation if the payment is not accepted upon check-in. In the case of financial complications on behalf of the guest, your original passport will be kept in our safety box as a guarantee and returned as soon as the room bills are settled.

Non-room Payment

Non-room payments such as massage, transport, rentals, laundry, additional services or products, that were room charged during your stay must be settled prior to check out. If this is not completed before departure Nunu Bali has the right to charge your card that was used for booking.

Nunu Bali Cafe/Restaurant

Guests of Nunu Bali can add f&b services to their room, but this must be paid on check out. Any outside visitors must pay as they go. Nunu Bali is not responsible for any sickness/food tolerences. Guests must inform our team if they have an allergy ahead of ordering.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply if notified:
– less than 24 hours notice = 100% cancellation fee for 1 night stay. Should the guest be staying more than 1 night, a 100% 2 night fee will be charged.
– more than 24 hours up to 7 days notice = 50% cancellation fee
– 8 or more days notice = 0% fee
Retreats must be paid in full a minimum of 30 days ahead of the arrival date. Should a retreat be cancelled, a refund will not be issued within the 30 day period.

For the refund options, there may be an additional charge if having paid by:
– cash = no charge
– credit card = additional fee of 3%
– bank transfer = additional fee of 3% + bank transfer fee

We do not provide refunds for wildlife/pest sightings which includes but not limited to ants, lizards, mice, rodents etc.

Liability and Insurance

Nunu Bali & Pt. Ethical Retreat Bali cannot be held responsible for any loss, accidents or/and injury within or outside the premises;
this includes when using the safety box provided or our rentals (motorbike, bicycle, etc).
 All guests are advised to have their own life and travel insurance. 
Any damage done to Nunu Bali property, including bed, bed sheets and/or linen are required to be reimbursed in full by the guest.

Restrictions

Pets are not accepted unless notified in advance; however, service dogs and unique circumstances will be handled on a case-by case basis by management.
 There is a no sex, no smoking policy nor can alcohol/drugs be consumed or brought into any area of Nunu Bali from outside of the hotel venue. In the event of drunk and disorderly behaviour, security has the right to refuse entry or remove any guest immediately from the premises.

Meditation Room
Our Pool and Yoga Shala are open from 0600-2200pm.

There is no staff monitoring these locations so you will use at your own risk. Nunu Bali will not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused.

Privacy and Data Protection

We love showing off your smiles to the world. Thus we may use your photographs and recordings when it is related to Nunu Bali, for advertising and promotional purposes, without prior consent. In the case where the guest is strongly opposed to a promotional piece, please do inform us via email or verbally and we will remove the content. Nunu Bali assures that all personal and private information will be handled in
the most professional and confidential manner possible..

Reminders

  • Sharing fridges are available at the shared kitchen area! Label your food with your name, room and
date, or it will be thrown out.
  • Throw your toilet paper in the rubbish bin provided, as we are using a natural septic tank.
  • Help us to separate your rubbish (plastic, paper & compost).
  • Nunu Bali is all about socialising over a meal or drink but remember that after 10 pm, others
might be sleeping, so please keep quiet. Quiet curfew is from 10pm to 6am. Especially near pool & dorm area. If sharing our twin or dorm rooms, we would kindly ask noise be kept to a minimum from 10pm as we are in a very quiet area and our homes are wooden, meaning sound can travel easily.
  • We strongly recommend you to Refill your bottles using our filtered water to save money and reduce plastic waste.

Cancellations through the client

  • If you cancel your class/event for provable serious private or health reasons (eg. Doctors’ notes), the payment will be refunded by us and the class/event can be postponed. If no marketing or organisational work has been started by Nunu Bali, there will be a full refund of the payment. If there are any other payments or charges that incurred for Nunu Bali, presented with receipts, these will be deducted from your payment.
  • If you cancel because of other reasons (eg. number of students), we will keep the full Shala Rental payment.

B – Terms & Conditions for Shala Rentals

What is included in the rental rate?

The use of yoga props (mats, blocks) other equipment must be requested or provided by the teacher

  • Wifi Connection
  • Sound System with Bluetooth access
  • Sanitary facilities
  • Drinking Water and drinking glasses
  • Cleaning of used premises: please return the studio in the same condition as found. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 1 hour rental applies.

Food and drink must not be consumed within the Shala space unless requested ahead. Outside food must also not be consumed within Nunu Shala or grounds unless agreed.

Legal Feedback: while we are NOT a visa agent or a Kitas legal advisor it is important for us that the legal framework for your event is set correctly. You must hold a KITAS and provide evidence ahead of rental. Depending on your retreat/workshop requirements, we can help guide you into the right direction for providing the best solutions in regard to legal matters. Nunu Bali will not be held responsible for any legal matters that arise for teaching at Nunu Bali.

What is not included in the daily, monthly rental rate?

  • Extras (projector, whiteboard with pens, standing fans, flower garlands, mandalas, ceremonies) This is an additional charge.
    Nunu Bali grounds or facilities are not part of the rented shala unless agreed.
  • Nunu Bali does not accept registration nor marketing unless otherwise arranged as profit share.
    Broken items need to be replaced
  • Injury, death or any insurances for the guests that use Nunu Shala or any of Nunu Bali or PT. Ethical Retreat premises.
    Confirmation of Reservation, Deposits & Payments
  • Your shala reservation will be confirmed once you have paid in full for the session. A minimum of 2 hours must be paid for Shala Rental use.
  • Any additional time or extensions must be agreed ahead or will be charged at 250,00p/hour. Even if the person/s time is under 1 hour.
  • Payments may be done cash/card at reception.

Cancellations though Nunu Bali

Nunu Bali reserves the right to cancel any event. In the unlikely event that the class/event does not take place/ is cancelled for serious reasons only (eg. Force Majeure), we will fully refund your deposit or any other payments minus our cancellation fee if applicable (please see below). If no marketing or organisational work has been started by Nunu Bali, there will be a full refund if conditions apply. But costs associated with flights, transfers, F&B or any other extra cost incurred will not be refunded to you. If cancelled for reasons such as misconduct, there will not be a refund.

C – Terms & Conditions for Private Shala Rental Practices

Bookings

– Ideally bookings are made 24-hours in advance via wa, telephone or email Admin@NunuBali.com but we receive bookings any time and do our best to make it feasible.

Waiver of Liability

Nunu Bali, their teachers and therapists, any other cooperative companies, sports trainers, agents are not liable for any injury or losses sustained during, before and after training or use of our equipment or space. To formally acknowledge the above, anyone who attends and books a class automatically agrees to these terms, instructors will notify the guest prior to commencing a session.
